Decision Counselors are members who will be ready to pray or lead someone to salvation who has responded in faith during one of our Sunday gatherings. While a pastor will offer an invitation each week, Decision Counselors offer further conversation and follow up. Those in this role are appointed by the pastors of Faith Family but you may express your interest by clicking below.
One of the ways Faith Family makes the effort to reach our neighbors with the gospel is through our once-a-month, Overflow, or door-to-door evangelism and visitation to follow up with recent guests. Members who serve on this team can help coordiante the logistics and packet preparation for our outreach teams.
Those on this team assist with various building and groundskeeping tasks that might include light electrical work, plumbing work, flooring installation, interior painting, light remodeling, landscaping, tree pruning, moving furniture or equipment, golf cart maintenance and repair, and other small to medium-sized projects.

This team of men and women is responsible for warmly receiving Faith Family members and guests as well as providing information about the church and helping visitors become familar with our campus and ministries. Ushers are men who help people to their seats, distribute any bulletins or handouts, and help receive our tithes and offerings at the end of services. Ushers also serve by distributing bread and juice during the quarterly observation of the Lord’s Supper. LifeGroups are one of our small group opportunities for discipleship at FFBC. LifeGroup leaders help facilitate a multi-generational group of our members in weekly discussion and fellowship. This is a leadership position at FFBC and requires additional training.
Host Home Volunteers open their homes for a LifeGroup to take place. LifeGroups meet for 6-8 week sessions with various breaks for one calendar year. Visit faithfbc.org/lifegroups to learn more about this ministry at FFBC.
