Northeast Houston Community Center (formerly Farrington Mission) is a physical needs mission in Houston's Fifth Ward. Volunteers share the Gospel with people from the community while providing basic food and clothing needs. Together with houston-area churches, NEHCC hosts large group evangelism events like a Spanish themed fiesta night and an annual Feed the Fifth Thanksgiving dinner.

God has used NEHCC to feed thousands and save hundreds of people. Through mission-minded serving, volunteers experience the movement of God as they see and hear of clients responding to the gospel.

In 2022 volunteers with NEHCC provided food and clothing to over 5,900 families and celebrated 268 decisions for Christ. Join us as we continue this important community work in 2023.

Ready to Serve?

NEHCC is open to guests every Monday (except holidays and sometimes 5th Mondays) from 6:00-8:00 pm. Volunteers serve on a rotating basis either monthly, biweekly, or weekly.

Mondays | 5:45-8:15 pm | Computer Intake, Cart Loaders, Evangelism, Spanish Translators
