Faith Family Baptist Church is a conservative church that believes the Bible to be the foundation for God’s favor in all areas of life.  Therefore, we strive to conform all areas of our church and lives to meet the parameters and guidelines set forth by the inerrant Word of God.

We believe God’s Word to be without error or fault. We believe it is the inerrant and infallible Word of God. We believe it is vibrant and effective in speaking to every area of human need.

We believe Jesus Christ is the head of Faith Family.

We believe the office of Pastor to be the position ordained by God to have the responsibility of receiving the overall vision of the church from God and leading His people to reach that vision for God.

At Faith Family, we live our vision statement by:

"Impacting our community - Embracing His world."

We believe this two fold statement sums up our Lord Jesus Christ’s desire for individuals to come to know Him personally – individuals in the Houston metropolitan area and around the world.

How does Faith Family intend to play a part in Christ’s dream?

Talking – Talking to Him about what He wants done.

Teaching –Teaching His Word.

Telling - Telling individuals that He loves them.

The Bible’s words for these three emphases are Prayer, Preaching, and Proclamation. In the early church, as recorded in the book of Acts, we find the church doing these three ministries repetitively: they prayed a lot; they taught God’s Word a lot; they witnessed a lot. According to God’s Word, this is God’s methodology. We exist to do what He wants, according to His Word.

Our greatest desire is to love Him with every fiber in our being. He tells us: "if you love Me, you will do what I tell you."
